As you can see, especially if you have spent much time looking for information on this site over the last couple of years, we have recently been making a lot of changes. Hopefully most of these changes will be made to better the website and make it easier to communicate and also for you to find the information you’re looking for as efficiently as possible. We are still populating some of the pages with information, and as teams get us their information we’ll be putting it online.
Here is what we need from you. We need feedback. In the comments section below, you can tell us what you like, what you don’t like, and anything in between. If you like the look but can’t find anything then we have failed. Fortunately, we have a lot going on at our church and a lot that we’d like to share with everyone. The hard part about that is getting all of that information in a place that makes sense and is intuitive to find. So, for example you’ll find most of our Men’s, Women’s, Children’s Ministry, etc. under the Connect tab. you may consider that a way to Grow and try looking for it under there. Please let us know and we’ll take all suggestions into consideration.
Some things we are excited to offer in the coming weeks and months. The Worship team has told me they would like to start publishing the playlist from Sunday Morning, so that you can go back and find that song you heard Sunday and can’t get out of your head…. What was it? Oh, right, that was “Beautiful Things” by Gungor. We’re also planning on adding online giving functionality fairly soon. There are some hurdles we have to overcome first, but once that’s done, you will be able to submit a one-time gift, or set up a recurring tithe. We’re excited to be able to bring Jimmy’s sermons online so that anyone can listen to past sermons at anytime. We’ll also make them downloadable as a podcast for those of you crazy enough to want to subscribe to receive all of them.
